What amp can give me the most flat out clean tone?

But also get brittle and chunky when turned up , I’d also prefer a full tube amp, no effects. Pure tube.

Just not clean but has clarity with good note definition(even distorted or driven) and can really respond to attack of the strings?

Got any ideas?
