Can you tell me what scene of Family Guy that you thought was totally hilarious?

I must have seen every episode about 5 times at least and I never get tired of that show. Please share with me one moment from that show that really cracked you up. Seth MacFarlane is a true comedic genius as is shown by the fact that he plays, Peter, Stewie, Brian the dog and Glenn Quagmire not to mention other characters.
