Does anyone have an idea of the disease that killed Job and his family in the bible?

In the bible, Job was one of GOD’s most trusted followers, and he was given a test of faith, whereby the devil killed his sons and give him a disease that made boils cover his whole body. Does anyone have an idea of what that disease may be? A clue I have gathered is that the bible said that the land opened up and a great stink came from it which afterwards killed his family and made him into that state.
