Do you think that you could live as the Amish do?

I don’t mean the religious aspects…I mean purely the simple living, resistance to technology, self-sufficiency….
As much as I love modern convenience and technology, sometimes I feel like it keeps us from being authentic human beings. It can all get so overwhelming.
So, could you do it?
