(possibly NSFW!) Does having plans for the weekend make your Friday at work go quicker or slower?

I have a very full weekend ahead, which I’m very much looking forward to… the thing is, I have to go to work for 9 hours before it, and I am not looking forward to that long drag! (Admittedly, this is the job I’ve handed my notice in at, so I have slightly more bias here.)

Does your Friday at work go better and quicker when you have something to look forward to the other side of it?
