How would you feel about not doing any social networking (Fluther, Facebook, Twitter)

I know of some people who have decided to cut out social networking via the net (they do send emails, though). I’m thinking that this is the way to go. I find myself on here way too much and am avoiding things that need to be done. Also, spending more time doing REAL LIFE stuff would be best.

If you have taken a break from social networking, how long did it last? How was it?
