How do I get back to Canada with my husband, from Egypt, while I am in Egypt, with out going back to Canada, using the Family Sponsor from my mother or father? Does anyone know?

I m a Canadian citizen who went to Egypt to marry a man I met online 2½ years ago. We began a relationship and I decided to go to him and marry him. We did. Now that I’ve been in Egypt for about 3 or 4 month’s I want to go back to Canada because I miss my family. I will not leave him here in Egypt again. I was told by multiple people that my mother or father can support him. Can sponsor him, through something called Family Sponsor. He is considered, so I m told, a common in law because I married him. And legally he is family.
I want to know how long it will take to do this, how much, and what are the requirements of it… as well as, what are the chances of being declined and why?
