Tea Tree Oil doses for dogs?

I want to prepare a parassite reppellent for my dogs (fleas, tick, mosquitos, sandflies)
I have some Tea tree essential oil.
How many drops should I add to how much water (so as to spray it) ?
Any suggestions?
