Does anyone know what my dream (nightmare) means?

So Ive been having a reoccurring dream that I’m pregnant and the baby comes before the due date, forcing its way out, no matter how hard i try to stop it. Not only is it early but it is a mangled stillborn. I’m not pregnant but i have miscarried before. I dont need any rude comments because this is really bothering me.
