Can you help me create an epic CD for work?

I work for a promotional company and early every morning we meet at the office before we disperse into teams and promote our service.
The age range of the office is 18–27 and before being sent out, we listen to upbeat music to wake ourselves up and get the blood pumping.
I’ve been asked to create a new CD for the office. The music they want is unfortunately not something I have much of in my iTunes so I need more suggestions.

Here are the requirements:
No slow, melancholy or sleepy music. (So basically anything pretty like Sia, Mazzy Star, Norah Jones or OneRepublic is out. BOO!)
No instrumentals.
No heavy metal or anything too dark.
”Hip hop is okay, but nothing too ghetto” – the boss.
No country or anything too ‘pop’, like Britney or boy band type stuff.

That’s Not My Name by The Ting Tings.

Sexy Chick by David Guetta.

Let The Beat Rock by The Black Eyed Peas.

No You Girls by Franz Ferdinand.

Even something techno-ish is fine like this.
