Why am i breaking out in hives?

All of the sudden ive been randomly breaking out in big, red, itchy welts like every day, for no reason. They go away in about an hour but they’ve been appearing on my arms, stomach, legs and chest. I have no allergies whatsoever. Its kinda creeping me out. I do get hives, but i only break out in those when im REALLY angry…now its doing it every day. Does anyone know why?
