Why did this program sending messages if i didn't install it?

I have about 3 months i bought my laptop and my norton subcription ended about a few days ago. A day after it ended a program called secrutity tool poped out and strarted sending messages saying my laptop was infected and the blue screen.
Any one know why it’s happening? or if i really am infected?
