Can you help me remember the name of this artist?

I just can not think of it for the life of me, so I hope my description is helpful.
The art is very surreal, usually little girls (more like dolls than real human-looking children) in shocking situations. Sometimes they have nude, adult bodies. Sometimes they are bleeding or being attacked by some sort of monster.
One particular painting that stands out in my memory is done up like a vintage cameo.
