Has anyone used a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10?

I am switching over to T-mobile because I started working there and am looking into getting a new phone. I will definitely be going with Android and had my eyes on the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. This is not a T-mobile phone but at a quick glance I believe it would meet all the qualifications to run on their network as far as frequency and things like that go. I have watched alot of reviews and videos on this phone but was wondering if any of you have used it. I am coming form using an Iphone 3GS…Only concern I have is i’ve heard the battery life is a little rough on the phone but my Iphone normally only last me ¾ of the day before I charge it as I use it very heavily. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions. I don’t like most of T-mobiles signature or standard phones and this one seemed to be a little of the odd guy which is why I wanted it.
