Are you an "extreme eater" and worshipper of "food porn"?

“It’s food porn .” That’s what the Center for Science in the Public Interest dubbed the 1,030-calorie, deep-fried Lasagna Fritta appetizer at the Olive Garden. ”

Other restaurants routinely serve caloric monstrosities that in one serving give you almost all your daily calorie requirements and way more salt than is even close to healthy.

The Center publishes it’s extreme eating awards list and I love to eat food but when I see it in the context of how over the top these meals are I cringe and go back to enjoying my salad for lunch. Although the 1,670 calories Chocolate Tower Trouble Cake just might be worth a few extra hours on the bike path!!
