What happened to the popularity of Bratz dolls?

About 5 years ago, Bratz dolls were so popular, new, growing in popularity. Barbie was on the decline. There was an article in the NY Times about Bratz coming up and Barbie declining. Now, I was in Walmart yesterday and this is the holiday season, and I saw lots of Barbie and very little Bratz. Might it be because Bratz look like hookers and parents don’t like that?

I wasn’t looking to buy them, just making an observation.
