Could you help me find a movie title?

In a year or so I’ve seen a movie, and I forgot the title. I’d now like to see it again, but I can’t seem to find it. So I am asking if anyone knows the title of this movie.
Some details I remembered:
The movie is about man who writes ‘erotic’ stories. He’s in a kind of a madhouse. At one point they take all the paper away from him, so he writes a story on himself. And when they take everything away from him, I think he even wrote a story on the walls with his feces. One day a ‘prisoner’ in this madhouse goes mental and does a very bad thing to one girl, it was something connected with a quote similar to “if she doesn’t have enough holes, make more yourself” (this part is sick).
Stories are spread from cell to cell through small holes, from mouth to mouth, and I believe they are all related to holy Bible.

The movie in general is quite creepy, and a bit psycho at some points.
