What should I set Canon CD Label print to for memorex DVD's?

I have the memorex DVD’s and I am printing a dvd cover on them. I tried 2 already, but the setting in cd labelprint leave a white ring around the middle of the dvd. Can you help me find the settings that I need for the whole dvd to be covered?

You need that ring to be empty – if you cover it up with the label, many cd/dvd players won’t be able to grab the dvd and spin it.

No, the printable label already on the DVD goes all the way to the clear part around the whole, I want the label to be printed all the way up to the clear part, I just don’t know what dimensions to set the printer to.
