Do you dream in color?

I checked…no one has asked this question quite this way!

I’ve heard that we only dream in black and white, but I dream in color all of the time. Do you? And what are your thoughts on the adage that we only dream in black and white? And why would “they” say that?

I’ve also heard you can’t feel pain in your dreams. It’s true that if I know I’m dreaming I can pinch myself and realize that I can feel the texture, but can’t feel the pain. However, I’ve also experienced pain in dreams when I don’t know I’m dreaming.

Dreaming freaks me out, too! Sleeping freaks me out if I think about it!
