kick his ass um… why don’t you just move?

Yeah, you’re 23 years old. You should be able to just move out on your own. There are women’s shelters where you can get help if you’re afraid.

Correct, you are an adult. You can take your child and leave at any time. If you don’t have transportation, or if things are explosive right now, you can probably call the police and ask them to come and take you to a shelter. Or to a relative’s house, if that is where you feel most comfortable.

As an adult, you’re more likely to be kicked out of (or simply ‘invited to leave’) a house where you’re not wanted than you are to be ‘taken away’ to someone else’s.

You’re a legal adult. Assuming you’re mentally competent, not under house arrest or some other legal confinement, and not physically dependent upon someone else, you can go where you want to, and where you’re welcome.

One of these sites may help you. If you don’t get out now, it’ll only get harder to leave. There are organizations out there that will help.

You are and adult and free to go if you choose.
On the other hand, if this is a house you live in there are laws against violence and domesitc abuse. My feeling is you should do both. Report the domestic abuse issue as it will just happen to someone else after you leave.
You deserve better than this.

Are you asking if someone can give you a ride?
