Can someone find me this site about running for stamina?
About two to three months ago I ran into this site that showed you how to increase your stamina through running. (It might have been about running a marathon, but I’m not positive.)
The site had red borders I believe. In the same way that Fluther’s borders are blue.
On the page was a CHART of how to do the running plan week to week.
Like the first week would be run one minute and then run one minute for a total of twenty minutes.
Gradually the ratio’s would change to more running and less walking. Eventually the walking is cut out all together.
I’m not looking for other ways to start running or other tips on running or increasing stamina.
I either want this specific site or I want another site or information about a plan that is very similar.
