Is there a way to resize the url before I print from the internet?

Asked by tan235 (877points) January 10th, 2011

I am wanting to print pages from the internet.
My problem is is that I end up printing about 15 pages and the font is large, and I’m wasting a lot of ink.
Is there a way to resize the url before i print it?
There are no printing options on these pages, they are interviews etc etc, or from blogs.
Thanks for any help!

Try these tips:
Select only the text you want to print, use right-click menu or browser File menu to “Print”. Then when the Print dialog box appears, look in the “Page Range” section and check the box that says “Selection”. This should cause only the selected text to print.
If the font is too large, try resizing the font in the browser “View “menu before you try to print.

in the lower right hand corner of IE browser there is a zoom level selection. the default is 100%.
change it to what you want and print from that.
There are a ton of other ways, but this might be the easiest and quickest way for you.
