Is there such a thing as a spell-checker that checks for words with double meanings?

Are there any spell-checkers out there, that look for double meaning words, or possible typos that would form valid words.
In other words, are there any programs out there that can not only tell me what words are spelled incorrectly, but also what words are possibly incorrect.
e.g. “I told my friend I am and astronaut” – Did you mean: “I told my friend I am an astronaut”?
