HORSE the Band or Death From Above?

Asked by Breefield (2733points) April 13th, 2008

I’ve been listening to R. Borlax and You’re a Woman, I’m a Machine all day, I love both, but I can’t decide which is better.

production quality: DEATH FROM ABOVE 1979.

they accentuated what was amazing about 90’s music. these guys were gods, and they brought something completely new to the table. and the album sounds so beautiful in so many places. the recorded quality and editing done to it was phenomenal.

now, i do love horse the band. i’ve seen them three times because they are just that good. and r. borlax is by far, one amazing album (although i’m thinking that i liked mechanical hand just a tad better). however, i can’t compare it to the awesome that is death from above.

tough question though. lyrically. i have to give it to horse, because death from above’s lyrics are a tad cheesy, in a sense, because they’re just all about how they hate the girls that they’ve dated. (minus pull out). :p

I’m torrenting all the Death From Above albums and HORSE the band albums too. I think I’m falling in love.
