Do you know of any simple Valentine's Day crafts that can be done with pre-school age kids?

I have a 3½ year old daughter and I would like to do some Valentine’s Day crafts with her. My only requirement is it has to be simple, because as you may know, a preschooler has about a 20 minute attention span.
Do you know of any Valentine’s Day crafts that can be done with a preschooler?
