What can make this excessive sweating stop?

Asked by kalrbing (287points) February 26th, 2011

I have sweat excessively since I was 10 years old. I am, now, 21. I wear deoderant every day, but I always get these huge sweat spot under my arms within 30 minutes to an hour of beginning my day. I usually do not smell bad (depending on the deoderant that I try), but the sweating always begins after a while.

I also sweat horribly when I do any typ of physical activity. I may do 5 minutes of excercise and I am drenched from head to waist. My scalp, face, under arms, stomach, and back are covered. Anytime I go out with my friends, my hair and clothes are dripping within 10 minutes. It is HORRIBLE.

I have tried Arrid spray and stick, Degree male and female spray and stick (also tried clinical), Certain Dri (was like water, did NOTHING), Mitchum gel and stick, secret clinical, and many others. I put the deoperant on and the pleasant smell always comes, but the sweat does as well. I have stains in ALL of my light colored shirts. This is an annoying and embarrasing problem. Does anyone have any pointers or ideas for a solution?
