Is there a way to organize saved items on Google Reader?

You can star things on Google Reader, but is there a way you can organize that Starred information into folders or something?
Are there any other programs like Reader?

You can separate subscriptions into different folders – like I have “PostSecret” and “XKCD” in “fun”, but “NYT” in “news”. But not individual posts. For that, you’re going to want to use something like Evernote.
