Who is your favorite contestant on American Idol season 11 and WHY?

I think that the talent of the contestants in season 11 is bigger than ever, which makes it very exciting to watch.

Who is your favorite and why?

I love Scotty McCreery because it’s the very first time that American Idol has a low bass voice country singer. And also Casey Abrams who has this soulful jazzy vibe.

In terms of unique voice, I prefer Paul McDonald and also Haley Reinhart

I love Casey Abrams quirkiness and musicality.

I also loved Jacob Lusk’s singing of God Bless the Child during Hollywood Week.

Of the girls, I really like Naima Adedapo.

I’m not sure of his name, but I like that dud who plays the upright bass? Why? Because he plays multiple instruments, like the upright bass. But if I had to lay down some money, and I think I will right now, will bet on Thia Megia.

I like Karen Rodriguez. I like her voice because it’s pure, and sweet. I would definitely buy her music if she won.

I’m not sure yet, because I usually only watch the original audition weeks and then when it actually gets down to the real competition after preliminary eliminations. I’ll probably start watching it this next week.
