What is Kidney Cancer?

I am doing a project for my 8th grade science class, and it was based on viruses and diseases. I chose cancer. But although I do know what’s cancer(and I am almost done with the project, I have done lung cancer, skin cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, and Leukimia), I still have kidney cancer, and I have done a bit of a research(I even tried britannica, wikipedia, and most of the websites from google) but its a bit confusing to me. So please help me out(the project is due on March 11, 11)and I would be waiting.
PS: Did I mention the project structure is a informational booklet?
PPS:you can be funny if you want to be, but please also provide me with some information!

If you know the mechanism that causes lung, skin, melanoma (also skin cancer), breast cancer and leukemia, you should understand what kidney cancer is.

How can the subject of kidney cancer be amusing?
