How do I make a vegetable broth with what I have?

Onions
Celery
Red Potatoes
Head of Cabbage
Jalepeño
Tomato Paste
Garlic

I’m looking to make a vegetable broth for a base for another soup. Help? Thanks!

Can’t go buy more stuff, please stick to what I have.
