Does the quote"You can be either fat and jolly or a skinny bitch" ring true to you?

I was discussing this quote with someone and we were trying to think of exceptions to this generalization. Does it hold up or can you think of a bunch of exceptions? This is meant as a light question. Don’t get all excited by it.
