When do you feel most vulnerable?

It’s sort of a hard question to ask, but when do you feel most vulnerable? For example I feel most vulnerable after my Ex cheated on me, feel vulnerable when I find out about things that I don’t like, (along with me feeling pissed and just betrayed in the inside.) etc… But When do you feel that vulnerability?
