I recorded a speech on my iPhone and would like to share it with some friends on Facebook. Is this possible?

I recorded a speech on my iPhone using their standard voice memo application so I guess I need to transfer it to my computer first then find a way to upload it onto Facebook, most likely via some intermediary site like youtube or photobucket, in some format they would accept or using some intermediary app. Anyway, the basic issue is to get the voice recording transferred from my iPhone to Facebook. How can I do this?
