We’ve all experienced horribly rude “customer service” people…people behind the counter at the convenience store or at the Dollar Store or the grocery store. Some of them are SO BAD and SO RUDE you have to wonder how they ever got the job. And worse, how they’re still there a year later!
Managers who are simply horrible…how do they keep their jobs?
