[NSFW]? How little would be too little for a bikini, coverage wise?

With all the Fluther buzz lately about what is or isn’t slutty, what is trashy or not, it is summer time now so the bikinis will be coming out. However, how much, or should I say how little, should the bikini be? Is where it is worn or by whom make a difference? Would it be Ok to wear at a public pool, just at your own private pool, a secluded river not highly populated by the public, a public beach if there were no children around, health club pool, what is the minimum age should there be to wearing bikinis like that in public? What is the likelihood a sun worshiper showing up at a public swimming venue in any of the before mentioned bikinis will be labeled a slut, or hoochie, or some other derogatory term? As long as they fit the definition of legal can anything be said of it?
