Can we please find out which Fluther awards are currently unavailable?

As my fellow jellies will confirm, there are certain awards that are unavailable, or as some of our mods like to call them – “broken”. Are we able to share publicly which ones are currently unobtainable, and when we can expect them to return? (Thank you in advance for any assistance from mods)
