Navigating US Government scientific research?

Asked by wiseacre (57points) September 30th, 2011

I’m looking for the research that the US did, for the “Islets of Langerhans” completed in 1978 to 1982.

For lack of a better suggestion have you tried PubMed Central? You can also contact the NIH or, specifically NLM, directly.

I agree with @wonderingwhy. You can also call the institute at NIH that would have conducted or funded the research, and see if they can point you in the right direction. Sometimes the PR liason contact in the Institute can connect you to the right place, if you are having trouble getting answers.
