How do I contact Netflix NOT using that stupid automated email maker they have?

My Roku has suddenly stopped recognizing Netflix after working perfectly over six months.

It keeps asking for a confirmation code. When I go online and give it a confirmation code, the website says that Roku Netflix is activated and working. I turn on Roku and Netflix asks for another confirmation code.

When I try to contact Netflix, I can’t seem to find any way on the site to explain what’s going on. They have a troubleshooting bot that I am required to go through and none of the questions it asks covers this problem. I just keep getting told to get a confirmation code and everything will be solved.

How can I get a message sent that actually lets me explain the real problem?
