Given you follow Sapolsky's work, what are some highlights that jumped at you?

Robert Sapolsky is one of the scientists I admire, for his holistic perspective and dedication to his pursuits.

If you’re familiar with his work – what are some of the things that’s he’s written – said – wrote papers about that changed the way you thought or generally jumped at you.

I loved A Primate’s Memoir! Fantastic book to read while I was conducting my own research.

I watched a video documenting Sapolsky’s work with primates, and he showed that different primates experience different levels of stress depending on their position in the social hierarchy. This was really interesting to me because it can be somewhat generalized to the human experience, and it sheds light on how much stress really does affect the health and well-being of every person and animal in a very drastic way.
