Definitely a 1990’s camcorder, possibly Panasonic because right off the get go it does pause in the video, the brand is a long name. It’s too blurry.

It’s a Sharp Viewcam. Sony made a similar model called The Mavica. Sony actually started that style, with large LCD for viewing instead of an eyepiece viewfinder.

Sharp improved on the model by allowing the grip/lens to rotate independently from the LCD monitor. Both cameras used 8mm video tape, some Hi 8mm.

There were many different models of Viewcams and Mavicas. It was a family of cameras. But I’m pretty sure the link I provided is the same as in the video.

The model of Sharp Viewcam that I linked to is a mono sound version. You can see one microphone port on front. The camera in your YouTube video is the stereo version. You can see two microphones side by side. Otherwise they are pretty much the same.
