Who has created an app for their phone?

I have TouchDevelop for WP7.5 (impatiently waiting for 7.8) and I’ve already made a few very basic apps for it. I’m still learning though, so it’s nothing amazing right now.

Generally, only a smart phone user who has a basic knowledge of programming or coding a program and who is aware of app development process can easily create an application for his smart phone. In addition, he must be completely aware of the programs and tools which are needed for app development. If a developer is not aware of these then we can take help of some professional app developer and create an app.
