Where can I find information online about broncholithiasis?

Not sure if anyone can help me with this because all I’ve found is that it is a rare disorder. The American Lung Association doesn’t even have any online information for me. I guess I’m hoping that one of you knows someone who has had this problem. What I’m mostly looking for is what type of treatment is involved.

I have a Ct scan scheduled in February 2013 as a follow up for a diagnosis of histoplasmosis that was made a few months ago. Broncholithiasis was mentioned on my diagnostic order for the CT scan. My oncologist didn’t mention any of this to me, but I do have a follow up appointment with my family doctor in a few weeks so she’ll be able to explain this to me then. Just hoping for some answers now.
