Are we meant to meet the people we meet?

I think so. Everyone we meet, even in passing, is meant to do something eventually significant in our lives. It’s like the domino affect—one consequence leads to another, and without the small insignificant features of our lives in between the major events, none of those major events would have happened. Therefore, everything we’ve done and everyone we’ve met is destiny.
