How to make a javascript code between shortcodes showing in Wordpress?

I try to insert a javascript code (to show registration tables) between tab shortcodes on my Wordpress site but it is filtered and show nothing. How do i circumvent this problem?

My guess is that Wordpress is stripping the javascript out.
