Extreme Pig Watching: If you observed a pig 24/7 for a full year, what kind of things would you see?

Before I get started on this one, I would like to mention that I am not trolling, and neither have I lost my mind. I can’t reveal exactly why I am asking this, as I have an idea that, while weird, I don’t want anyone to copy or steal.

The question is, if you watched a pig, around the clock, day and night without sleep, 24/7 for a full year, what kind of things would you see?

Could it develop a spot on its ass that lasts 2 or 3 days? would you see it drool at any point? could it get mud on its snout one day?

What kind of minute details would you see, if you used Sherlock Holmes style magnifying glass investigation, to watch a pig for a full year?
