Do you have 2 (or more) dogs that are inseparable?

We got Dakota when she was about a year old. A couple of years later we got her her a puppy, Dutchess

And they’ve been like this and this and this and this ever since. Well, Dakota is now about 12, and Dutchess is about 8. Dakota injured her leg a couple of months ago, and she just isn’t getting around like she used to. And she’s getting old. Poor Dakota, and poor Dutchess. Before, Dutchess would not go outside unless Dakota did too. Whatever Dakota did, Dutchess did too.
Here in the last week, though, Dutchess has actually been going outside, all alone.
To me it’s a sad sign of things changing.
