Anonymous calls for internet blackout today, April 22. Is this why I can't access Facebook, Google and Gmail right now?

Anonymous calls for internet blackout to protest CISPA

I found out about this blackout this morning on Facebook from a news organization I follow. That was 3 hours ago. I went to get back on my computer and now I can’t access Facebook, Google or Gmail. I don’t use Twitter, but according to downrightnow Twitter is also having service trouble.

Is this all related or is it a problem on my end? Anyone else having trouble accessing these sites right now?
