Crazy dream too weird for me to understand?

Hi all I’m hoping some of you understand dream meanings. I only catnapped on the sofa for an hour but had the most craziest dream, here is the dream…
It started off with family at my house. Suddenly the house was much bigger and there were lots of people there with wood building onto the house, whilst I was looking around my house I came across 2 hidden rooms they both seemed to be children’s bedrooms, which I had to fetch my mother to come see. Next minute every one had gone and I was at the front door which was open. There was an alien outside but of a beast looked kind of like a huge black lion but with a mane of fire, this thing was trying to get to me but I couldn’t close the door, because there was this little black dog I was trying to save and a fish out of water trying to get out to it. It was scary but then a strange man in a suit stood in front of me and said it’s ok I will go you close the door. Then with the next breath I’m hurrying along the street with the sense that this thing was still following me. I was dragging the little dog with me and the fish under my arm like a bag. I was walking across a bridge next to a pond with lots of fish and I don’t know what had happened but one of them jumped out and that fish and my fish were tangled by hooks. I managed to free them both mine said ow and had a little blood on him, I threw the other fish back in the pond put my one back under my arm and said “right lets get you to my father he will no what to do”, and then I woke up.
I know that’s all weird, that’s why I’m asking anyone here if they know the meaning to all that in a nut shell.

A few thoughts off the top of my head:
The house may represent all that is inside you. A door might then be seen to open out to realms beyond your norm. An alien that is a black lion might represent a foreign danger (alion = alien). It also may denote a spiritual danger, as in: “The devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” (1 Peter 5:8).
Also, check your finances: ‘alien’ can be written as: ‘a lien’. Perhaps you have something someone is trying to take from you.
Not sure about the dog, but ‘a fish out of water’ is a common expression we can all relate to. The thing you should look closely at is what the man said to you, and why.
One thing I do with my own dreams is to reverse the order of events. Sometimes a dream makes more sense in reverse.
Finally, the fish may be seen as having a certain degree of religious significance, as it is the symbol of Christianity (e.g. ‘a fisher of men’).
@starsofeight the man felt like he was sacrificing himself to save me which was a bit strange. I have had a few spiritual attacks in the past and just starting to learn as a light worker I’m judging by what you have wrote you know what I mean by that, so you could think that this is just another warning of a spiritual attack coming. Thanks
Actually, the newest school of thought is that Freud got it wrong and dreams really have no meaning. Since we are were discussing writers. In the immortal words of Gertrude Stein, “there’s no there there.” It pretty much means nothing.

I had the exact same dream….....except in mine, I throw BOTH fish back into the pond…..

The fact that the house was bigger than usual, could mean it was a past experience when you were a child. Every symbol exept those 2 hidden rooms are irrelevant and could be random. I’d reccommend that you’ll write down all your dreams when you wake up, ASAP.
