How do I manipulate this picture to fit the frame I want to put it in?

This picture is an 8 X 10, horizontally. I want to put it in a frame like this. It’s more vertical, which wouldn’t be a problem, but it doesn’t cover the edges of the picture as it rounds out the side.
Basically I need to “add” something to the sides to account for that.
