What type of hand sanitzer is alcohol free and made of totally "natural" ingredients?

Dumb discussion on fb. Lady was whining because “strangers” want to touch her baby and they have STRANGER GERMS! The discussion goes on, and she says carries hand sanitizer around with her. She gets it at a health food store, swears it has no alcohol and no chemicals and only kills the bad germs, not the good. Is all natural. I asked her A) How would it know the difference between a good germ and a bad germ, and B) What is wrong with alcohol and C) what is the name of your sanitzer?

She has not responded. I wondered if there is even such a thing, or is it a marketing ploy directed at the paranoid germaphobes?
